Deposits

Due to high demand and long waitlists, a 20% deposit will need to be taken for all appointments to secure our stylist time.

You can leave a deposit over the phone by credit card. Please note, we do not keep credit cards on file.

You can leave a deposit in person in cash, however we cannot enter the appointment until the deposit is left.

If you cancel your appointment for any reason within a 24 hour period your deposit is not refundable. No Exceptions.

Cancellations/ No Shows

If you need to cancel your appointment you must give at least 24 hours notice to receive your deposit back.

Due to high demand and our long waitlist, if you cancel within 24 hours you cannot receive a refund for your deposit. If you did not make a deposit for your initial appointment and cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. No exceptions.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, a NEW deposit will need to be taken first. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Late Policy

Due to appointment only schedule, if you are running 10 minutes or more late, please call the salon and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Arriving to your appointment 10 minutes or more late will likely limit the amount of time scheduled for your appointment, which may limit what services we will be able to do. This may result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled to another day or time. A new deposit will need to be taken to reschedule. You may not receive a refund for your deposit.

Refunds

We have a strict no refund policy. We do not offer refunds of any kind. If in the event you are not satisfied with your hair in any way , we want to make it right for you. Our main goal is for all of our clients to feel happy and beautiful after their appointments. Please call the salon within 7 days in order for us to address any issues and perform and services. Please note: natural oxidation may happen within even a week of color if you are if you are outside in the sun heavily (especially away on vacation), in salt water, chlorine or not using the proper home care.
